The Library Experience
Experience the story of Elusa told through our comprehensive library offerings. Enjoy your first tastes while touring Elusa’s winemaking facilities and vineyard (weather permitting) before relaxing in one of our hosting spaces for a flight of Elusa’s exclusive library Cabernets. Includes cheese & charcuterie accompaniment.

The Terroir Tasting
The Terroir tasting is designed for wine enthusiasts and collectors alike. Join our knowledgeable hosts on an educational journey featuring our highly allocated, single vineyard wines which are offered exclusively to allocation members. This experience provides an in-depth look at the renowned Calistoga AVA through its terroir and microclimates, known to produce these rare and exceptional wines. Included is a tour of our winemaking facility and a flight of four single vineyard Cabernets paired with a curated culinary accompaniment, set among the vines weather permitting, or in one of our private spaces.
Maximum group size is eight guests. Approximately 90 minutes.
Chocolate and Wine Pairing
Enjoy a curated flight of our hand-crafted wines, each thoughtfully paired with locally made chocolates that accentuate the wine’s unique character. This immersive experience explores the interplay of tannin, texture, and terroir, revealing how wine and chocolate can elevate one another in unexpected ways.
Approximately 60 minutes. The Chocolate and Wine Pairing is offered at $125 per person.
