Wine Portraits
Delight guests with live red-wine portraiture. An interactive art experience where each guest receives a custom 5×8 illustration painted with Napa Valley wine. Guests are separated from the function to have their painting done. It is a brief encounter worth so many memories.A distinctive keepsake and conversation piece.
Details: Minimum 3 hours. 5–10 minutes per portrait. Portraits packaged in protective sleeves. Custom formats available.
The Wine Yacht
Set sail on a private three-hour Napa River cruise aboard a luxury yacht with fine Elusa wines, seasonal culinary bites, and sweeping views. An unforgettable way to explore Wine Country from the water.

A refined sensory workshop that explores iconic botanical aromas in wine. This is part of your wine sensory program and tasting. Come to your senses with three different program options and timelines. Ideal as a standalone program or paired with a tasting. Choose from three formats.

The Falconry Experience
Discover the ancient art of falconry in a vineyard setting. Meet trained raptors, learn about their role in vineyard ecology, and see how these birds help protect the vines. Select between a raptor display to include a hawk, owl and falcon or select the interactive option to have up to 30 landing on your guests’ leather-covered arms.
Photography Wellness Walk: Art of Sipping, Art of Seeing
Join master photographers for a guided walk across the estate. Learn to work with light, cropping, filters, and composition while capturing images on your camera or phone.

Wine Blending Experience
Step into the role of vintner for the day as you explore the art and science of blending. Guided by our winemaking team, guests learn how different varietals express their unique character and how subtle adjustments in proportion can transform a wine’s balance and texture. The experience culminates in tasting your custom blend alongside fellow participants, discovering the harmony that defines Elusa’s signature style.
Chocolate & Wine Pairing Class
Led by an internationally trained local chef, CIA Guest Instructor & chocolatier, this immersive culinary program blends global technique with Napa Valley flavor through custom events, exquisite chocolate, and expressive food and wine pairings that celebrate creativity and connection.
Details: Customizable format. Programs may include culinary demonstrations, chocolate tastings, or private pairing menus designed in collaboration with Elusa Winery.
Tastings with Truffles
Indulge in a guided five-wine and five-chocolate truffle pairing created by CIA-trained Chocolatier, featuring handcrafted confections designed to complement Elusa’s wines. Guests enjoy the pairing on site and receive a matching truffle set to take home in a luxury gift box.
