This year, our Founders Circle Dinner and Grand Tasting evolves into an culinary dinner series—a refined celebration of Northern Wine Country’s most iconic flavors and talents. With harvest on the horizon, each evening invites you to experience world-class cuisine and wine in an intimate, unforgettable setting.

Join us for three nights featuring locally celebrated and Michelin-starred chefs and a winemaker with a legacy of multiple 100-point wines—each course a tribute to the richness of the region, and each glass a toast to excellence.

This is not just a tasting—it’s a rare opportunity to learn about wine blending under the guidance of one of the most celebrated talents in the industry. Thomas will walk you through his approach to Elusa’s wines, sharing how the distinct character of the Calistoga AVA, the estate vineyards, and his meticulous techniques come together in each bottle. With personalized insights and one-on-one interaction, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for how nuance, balance, and personality are brought to life in every blend. This exclusive experience replaces our traditional library tasting, offering something truly unforgettable.

Chef Rogelio Garcia earned a Michelin star at Auro—Calistoga’s only current star—just eight months after opening, a rare feat that speaks to his visionary approach to Napa Valley cuisine. Blending classical French technique with Mexican and Japanese influences, Garcia draws inspiration from the region’s farmers, fishermen, and winemakers to create his hyper-seasonal tasting menus. Raised in Napa and trained in the kitchens of Cyrus, The French Laundry, and Spruce (where he also earned Michelin stars), he brings both heritage and high craft to every dish. As Executive Chef at Auro, Garcia delivers a dining experience that’s as refined as it is rooted in the land.
